We've relaunched Admin Buttons as Admin Shortcuts to make it more obvious what the benefit of our little app is: to make it quick and easy to get more done in Shopify admin. Collect info from your store team right where they work on order, product and customer pages. Send that info to a Flow or external automation tool like Zapier, Make, Mechanic. And get more done, more quickly!

This release also adds "Instant Shortcuts". These are pre-built automations that merchants have found helpful.

• turning an abandoned checkout into a draft order

• adding an "additional details" field to an existing order

• reshipping items from an order

• kicking off a Slack thread related to an order, product or customer

Instant Shortcuts are powered by Shopify Flow. Simply turn on the Flow template (available in Shopify's template library) and activate the shortcut and you're ready to go!

All your existing "admin buttons" are now "Custom Shortcuts", with all the existing functionality.

Other miscellaneous updates:

• the user name and id of the person triggering the shortcut is now passed to Shopify Flow for user-based logic
